Employee Selection and Placement I

Course Information

        PSYC 651 is the first of a two-course sequence on employee selection and placement.  In this course, you will learn employment law, techniques to recruit and screen applicants, and interviewing techniques.  In the second course (PSYC 655), you will learn how to develop and use such techniques as assessment centers, biodata, and psychological tests.
